Deleted default tenant

Hi! I have an Outlook account with access to Azure. Unfortunately, I deleted the default tenant and cannot restore it, nor create a new one or create a support ticket due to insufficient permission rights and being unable to request a token (Portal UI). I don't see any option on how I could fix it on my own and unfortunately, no option to write a support ticket! Any ideas?
