I’m not looking for the definition of a sharing violation. I want to know the very specific detail about procmon that i asked. Thanks.
Procmon basic question
In a procmon trace when you have a process name that result is sharing violation, is that process the cause of the sharing violation? In other words it’s the exe that’s got it locked so no other process can use it……OR is it locked by something else and you see sharing violation because the listed process can’t access it? Thanks! Just want to be clear moving forward.
