Create ExcelScript - If value/values formatted with strikethrough delete rows

Question

Good day, dears, Is there a way to create script which would delete rows in excel based on value formation.
As an example: If value is formatted with strikethrough script should find these cells and delete entire row This automation required in SCRIPT, VBA not suitable as excel used online and it need to be fully automated without opening excel file.
