Can we upload an application ourselves for internal use within the company? For example, developing a new application integrated into Tesms, or uploading some of our internal programs and restricting them to only specific people?

Hi

You can upload custom apps in the Teams client and Teams admin center. First, you'll check if custom app policies are allowed within your organization. Then select Upload App on the Manage Apps page.
