Error Creating Outlook Profile
We have been experiencing issues with Outlook 2016 connecting to Exchange 2016. We are on a local, isolated environment. We have been running Exchange 2016 for a few years. Recently users have not been able to connect to Exchange. When creating a new profile autodiscover finds the domain account and populates all the fields, but then we receive an error stating, "Outlook could not log you on. Verify you are connected to the network and are using the proper server and mailbox name. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online to or connected to complete this action." We are also seeing the error that the OST file is not an Outlook file. Due to the issues we are attempting everything we can. We built an Exchange 2019 server. Unfortunately, we are seeing the same issues. Nothing we have found works. We are currently using web access, which is working fine but our preference is to use the desktop app. Thanks for the help.
