Do you mean you want to create a shared file where anyone in the organization makes some changes, and you can see it?
If that's the case, you can add a document tab. Files in Teams channels are saved to SharePoint. Every time you update a file, it is automatically updated on all pages linked to it.
The steps to create a tab are as follows:
- Go to the relevant team and channel where the content is located and select + at the top to open a new tab.
- Find the type of document you want to add, such as word, excel, PowerPoint, and so on.
- Select File to navigate to the appropriate team or channel and select File to save.
