Hello there, Is it possible to have the same documents in two different Teams pages that both update if new information is added to only one of them? I have some Word documents that I want to keep in two different Teams pages but want to make sure that they both stay current if they are edited. I hope this makes sense! Thanks for any feedback/suggestions.

    Hi @Tammy Lancaster

Do you mean you want to create a shared file where anyone in the organization makes some changes, and you can see it?

If that's the case, you can add a document tab. Files in Teams channels are saved to SharePoint. Every time you update a file, it is automatically updated on all pages linked to it.

The steps to create a tab are as follows:

    1. Go to the relevant team and channel where the content is located and select + at the top to open a new tab.
    2. Find the type of document you want to add, such as word, excel, PowerPoint, and so on.
    3. Select File to navigate to the appropriate team or channel and select File to save.

In this document, you'll see some of the changes made by the members you shared with this document.
