I can't enter the Xbox Device Portal IP address

I'm having problems accessing the Xbox Device Portal, I already verified that it is connected to the internet, that the check is active, it pings through CMD, but it does not connect through the Browser.

Hello there, Please check the Enable Xbox Device Portal option. Enter Home Page of the dev mode Find the window called Connect with your browser in the right bottom Find the setting button under the link like “https://xxx.xxx" Enter the setting page. Make sure “Enable Xbox Device Portal” option is open.
