    Hi @Ashley Abril DC

For better anylysis, I have 3 questions as following:

    • What types are your and your boss's OneDrive account? Such as personal OneDrive account, OneDrive for business account. Please make sure that you and your boss are using the same type of OneDrive account, like a personal user shares a folder with a personal user, or a business user shares a folder with a business user (same organization tenant).
    • If boss also shared the folder to other employees, does this issue also occur with them? If not, but there are conditions for the boss to do some operations, I suggest you let your boss to share with others to check this issue.
    • Besides, does this issue occur with other folders or files shared with you, that you can not find them in OneDrive > Shared >"Shared with you" section, or you can not delete files in "Shared with you" section? If not, then this issue may be related to the specific folder or your boss sharing settings.
