How to publish a WinUSB application

I have a WinForm application I made, which is supposed to control and manipulate a USB device using WinUSB. The application works fine on the development computer, without any issues, but when I deploy it on any other computer, it fails to read, transmit and transfer via USB anymore. What might be the potential solution for this? I am using Visual Studio 2022 .NET version 8.0.100-preview.2.23157.25
