How to fix "window 10 is not opening says diagnosing your pc"

    Hi. Reasons for this problem may be:

    • Insufficient system space
    • system file corruption Please try the following solutions:
    1. Enter safe mode, Win+R input "cleanmgr", select the disk to be cleaned. Once you're at the Disk Cleanup screen, select any non-essential content you want to remove. After the process is complete, restart your computer .
    2. Enter safe mode, open cmd as administrator, run sfc /scannow Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    3. If none of the above methods can solve the problem, have you created a system restore point before? From the initial repair menu, access "Troubleshooting">“Advanced options”>"Command Prompt">enter “rstrui.exe”>Go to the System Restore screen, select a restore point to restore.     Hello Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to your PC can not start with Windows. Please turn on and off your computer three times in an attempt to access the Windows Recovery Environment. When the loading logo appears during bootup, make sure you shut off the computer. Windows 10 will boot into diagnostics mode after the third attempt. As soon as the recovery screen appears, select Advanced options. Then in the "Choose an option" screen, click Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > select Startup Repair. If that didn't work -> select System Restore and follow the on-screen instructions. If both options didn't work, then try RESET your PC. in the "Choose an option" screen, click Troubleshoot > Reset this PC and follow the on-screen instructions.
