Please clarify the problem is occurred with internal or external network. If it’s external network, please check your DNS configurations, reference: Configuring Public DNS and MX records for exchange 2013

1.It is recommended that we can use tools to detect connectivity by Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer
2.Kindly Check the Log of outlook Autodiscover configuration(Hold down CTRL and right-click the Outlook icon in your system tray, choose" Test Email AutoConfiguration", select Use AutoDiscover).
