rdp issue from how wifi

device is connected office network and device joind in rdp group and firewall group also, not able to connect from home wifi.

    Hello there, Is the server RDP accessible from outside your network? On the wifi router did you set the ssid as guest? When you are trying to Remote into the server from your home WiFi are you using the local IP address or the public IP address. If you are using the public (the same one you use when connect using the hotspot) then that could be what is causing the delay.
