How to add Purchase Order Tab in Form Setup

Hello, Please tell me how to add Purchase Order tab in Form Setup under Account Payable. I need a note to be visible on PO but it's not showing and I realized that I don't have a tab for PO. The first image is my setup with no PO tab, and the second is my colleague's with the PO option. Thanks. image.png
