Authentication - Migration - The name 'CreateIdentitySchema' is used by an existing migration.

Getting the following results during the Migration step of the Authentication Tutorial.

Add-Migration CreateIdentitySchema  -Context ApplicationDbContext   The first result is an error

The name 'CreateIdentitySchema' is used by an existing migration.

...when I've done this (once) successfully and it didn't give me this error.

...the second result shouldn't even come into play, if the first error is resolved, but as a workaround I renamed the migration. The result wan an empty migration file (below).

    The error means you already created a migration with the name CreateIdentitySchema. You must use a unique name for each migration. If you are trying to replace a CreateIdentitySchema then you must rollback the migration. When a migration is created and there are no model changes then an empty migration file is created. This is handy for creating custom migrations for example creating stored procedures, seeding data, migrating data. This way a separate SQL deployment script is not needed when deploying to staging and production environments. The migration cli is working as documented in the official docs.. Managing Migrations
