Bgp status showing not connected

Hello , I have created vpn gateway , local gateway, virtual wan , virtual hub. I am trying to create bgp neighbour between vpn gateway and virtual hub but bgp state showing not connected. VpnGW asn 65510 peer ip 192.168.1.254. VWAN asn 65515 peer ip 10.0.4.69... kindly suggest what to do for bgp peering comes up

Could you please provide some more details on your existing setup and requirement?
- Where is the VPN gateway deployed?
- Where is the vWAN deployed?
- Are you trying to set up connectivity from an Azure VPN Gateway (virtual network gateway) to an Azure Virtual WAN (VPN gateway) as mentioned in the below doc? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-wan/connect-virtual-network-gateway-vwan
