How to configure self-hosted agent on a build machine to allow more than one user to connect to the remote (devops)

Created a new vm that will be our designated build machine. We need to use self-hosted agent because some of our executables require vb6 capabilities. How to configure the agent to allow any member of the build team to connect to the remote. Thank you.
