How do I find my excel 2019 certification?

I received an Excel 2019 Expert Certification in the fall of 2022 through a class at my university. I have recently been trying to find this certification so I can show it to future potential employers and have no clue how to get access to it. If anyone has experienced this issue and knows what to do, I'd appreciate it.
