I have two nearly identical Dell Desktop Computers, only 1 is prompting to upgrade to Windows 11, why?
I have 2 nearly identical Dell Desktop computers; XPS 8930 and XPS 8940. However, only the XPS 8940 is prompting me to upgrade to WIndows 11. Both desktop PCs have 32 GB of RAM, 512 GB SSD and 2 TB HD. Both PCs are current with Windows 10 upgrades and patches. Both have passed the "Health Check". Why is only one being prompted to upgrade?
