When trying to Create Speech Services, "subscription" dropdown is empty(No available items). When my azure admin goes to the same page he has "Microsoft Azure Enterprise" show up in the drop down. Why is mine empty and how do I resolve it. I go to Subscriptions in azure and Eligible assignments and it shows No results Thanks in advance!

@KellyChesco I think this is an issue with role you are assigned in the subscription rather than a service issue. I think your admin should be able to assign the correct role on the subscription page -> Access Control(IAM) blade to your user id. Please request them to check this blade and add a role assignment on this blade. It is often easier to lookup other users who has access to create the resource and mirror their assignment if you are not sure which role should be added. I hope this helps!!
