Hi team, I am unable to delete an Alias from the admin center, I got the following error msg: " An Azure Active Directory call was made to keep object in sync between Azure Active Directory and Exchange Online. However, it failed...." I tried to stop the synchronization by leaving open Azure AD Connect Synchronization Service, then, I tried to delete again the alias but got the same error msg. Thank you in advance for your help

Hello there, The solution is to add the alias address in Exchange Admin Center on-premises. After that, sync with Azure AD Connect, and it will show the alias address in the cloud. Then you can try to delete the alias. This might also be because the user is synchronized with your local Active Directory, and you have to add the aliases on-premises and not in the cloud. Hope this resolves your Query !! --If the reply is helpful, please Upvote and Accept it as an answer--
