Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager connector in a "Delete Pending" Status.

I had a misconfigured Cloud Attach configuration in SCCM. In Intune the Microsoft Endpoint configuration manager had an unknown name and was in an unhealthy status. I have deleted the cloud attached config in sccm along with its enterprise application in azure. I also deleted the unhealthy intune connector but it's status is now "delete pending". It has been like this for an hour. Does it usually take it a while to get removed?

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thanks for your sharing. Yes, you are right. The removal of Intune connector is not real time and should take some hours. For more audit about Intune connector, we can try to check the Event log under Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Intune > ODJConnectorService.

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,
    Simon

I guess it takes it some time to get removed. I don't know how long but it was gone the next morning. Maybe there are some logs to determine how long it does take? As a side note when re-enabling cloud attach the connector will initially show up in an unhealthy state which should update in a couple of minutes. Also it looks like it takes sccm a couple of minutes to see the ConfigMgrSvc_. If you see errors such as "Application with identifier <Appid> was not found in the directory <YourAADname>". in the CMGatewaySyncUploadWorker.log or the CMGatewayNotificationWorker.log, you can verify that the application exists in Azure, then wait for a couple of minutes for it to be discoverable by sccm.
