Is the ASP to ASP.NET v1.x Migration Assistant still available?
I am considering migrating a classic ASP application.One of the migration methods is to convert to ASP.Net.
I'm wondering if I can use the tool because it's a fairly large scale.

Classic ASP is no longer supported, neither is the tool you mentioned, it only works with ASP.NET 1.1, which was superseded by ASP.NET 2.0 over a decade ago.
I haven't been able to find any related tools so far.
Even if there are tools to convert between classic ASP and ASP.NET, they're not going to generate very good results: the two environments are just too fundamentally different. There is a [Migrating from] Classic ASP to ASP.NET video in Microsoft's documentation, I hope it will be helpful to you.
