From My reading it appears that Queries for custom models are not available in Australia currently. I have no idea when they will be available. We have a large client that would like to move forward with Form Recogniser however It appears that Queries is Integral to what we will need. Can you advise on this and also. I have a number of technical questions I would like to ask one of your staff who is well versed in Form Recogniser how can I setup a technical meeting by phone or Web ?

    @Steven Green I think you are referring to query field extraction preview feature of form recognizer. This feature is only available in East US now and almost all the preview features are usually available in a specific region until the API (2023-02-28-preview) under which they are available is made GA. So, currently there is no ETA for 2023-02-28-preview API to go to GA.

    You can setup a 1:1 meeting with an Azure Support engineer by raising a Azure support case from Azure portal. Depending on your subscription's support plan you can raise the case from Azure portal from Help + Support blade and an Engineer can work with you for all technical queries. I hope this helps!!
