permissions required to migrate email from one tenant to another tenant

Hello I do have requirement to migrate emails from one tenant to another tenant. both tenants are in O365. organizations preferred to go with Microsoft native tool.

the source and target organization is very secured environment.

could you help what kind of exact permissions or role the migration account have to be assigned? As per MS article below is given but not role or permission specified..

Before starting, be sure you have the necessary permissions to configure the Move Mailbox application in Azure, EXO Migration Endpoint, and the EXO Organization Relationship.

    It's mentioned in the FAQ part of the article that the following two roles are required:
    What Exchange RBAC roles do I need to be member of to set up or complete a cross-tenant move?

    • Organization Administrator
    • Move Mailboxes User's image
