Intune Surface Hub MS in Kiosk Mode for a MS Project Online interactive project controller board

We were thinking about getting a Surface Hub, set up in Kiosk mode as an interactive MS project control board. We would have this on the shop floor and probably set it to multi-app (not sure) using Intune. We use Smart Cards at our facility to access computers in a IL5 security compliance, which is why I am hoping there is a way to set this up as a non-user (this has only been allowed for intune managed iOS devices) to display a edit/view only version of Project Desktop Online views. In reality I would like folks to be able to edit Project online the floor, but only after a prompt asks for the smart card to be inserted, to the program knows who changed/updated what. I would also like folks to be able to just insert their card into the computer to use it like a Teams room, if possible, maybe for remote support probably not a full computer. Do you think this is possible with MS Project Online Desktop App or regular Project Desktop App? I suppose I could have the kiosk point toward the shops SharePoint page, and interact with Project Online there, but I do not think you get all the views the desktop does (like network, and such). Thoughts on the feasibility. Let me know, and please do no suggest Planner Premium (Project for the Web), it not full featured enough.
