Provided nuget.cdn.azure.cn is now kinda official, i.e. if you live in China, you will always get a cname response of nuget.cdn.azure.cn when you are resolving api.nuget.org. But response from nuget.cdn.azure.cn does not have 'access-control-allow-origin: *' included in its header like api.nuget.org does. Meaning some applications may not work as expected. In my case the vscode extension: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=patcx.vscode-nuget-gallery stopped working due to CORS error. I assume that's something that could be fixed on Microsoft's end. Thanks.
