Hi, I lost access to my two factor authenticator when I upgraded to a new phone. Microsoft is saying, nothing is backed up in iCloud. I went back to my old phone. Nothing is there anymore. Now I have no access to Facebook and Facebook has no support. I am logged out and Microsoft is my only hope of getting my Facebook account back. can Microsoft help me get back my two factor authenticator somehow if there was no iCloud back up?
