MS teams- Inspection

I have been experiencing an issue with the Inspection app in MS Teams. I used to use this app for my work-related inspections, but recently I have been unable to access it. Whenever I try to open the app, I receive a message stating "Sorry, we didn't find that app." I have been relying on the Inspection app for quite some time, and this sudden inability to use it has been causing significant disruption to my work. I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue myself, but have not been able to resolve it. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and restoring access to the Inspection app. Thanks, Maria

    Hi @Maria,

    Recently there has been a change in the sample Powerapps (Inspection included) in Teams, these apps now are open-source.

    Please refer to the following screenshot for more detailed information: 01

    To install the Inspection app, please follow the steps in this Github link:

    https://github.com/microsoft/teams-powerapps-app-templates/blob/main/INSTALLATION.md

    In short you may need to manually download the app package and upload it to Teams.
