Please check what is the install behavior for this Win 32 app. Is it set as System. Please change to system to see if it it is working.
However, if the issue still persists, please collect the following information to clarify:
- Did it affect all the Autopilot devices?
- What are the devices that install successfully? Could you tell us the difference between the working one and the failed one?
- Go through the logs under ProgramData\ Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs to see the detailed error,
