About 3 months ago we moved to PTA from ADFS.
The DMZ WAP and internal ADFS servers have been powered off for the last 2 months.
In Azure AD Connect Health I see an option for "Azure Active Directory Connect Health | AD FS services" > Active Directory Federation Services
AD FS services > Service name "myADFS" -- which is complaining that my adfs service is "Unhealthy" (makes sense as the servers are off and I am now on PTA auth).
How can I remove the service from being monitored?
Is it as simple as Delete at the top of the page?

When you remove an agent from a server, the server is not automatically removed from the Azure AD Connect Health portal. If you manually remove an agent from a server or remove the server itself, you need to manually delete the server entry from the Azure AD Connect Health portal.

maybe I missed something but on the doc link you sent me I cannot see a reference to delete?

You might reimage a server or create a new server with the same details (such as machine name). If you did not remove the already registered server from the Azure AD Connect Health portal, and you installed the agent on the new server, you might see two entries with the same name.
In this case, manually delete the entry that belongs to the older server. The data for this server should be out of date.
I see yes but in my case I want to delete the service right from the delete button at the top.
That should take care of the servers no?
Yes, that will delete the relationship between the now gone ADFS servers and Azure.
Make sure its the correct object if you have more than one.
Its typically named the same as the ADFS servers.
