Cannot access APP we published - Roles applicable to developer programs is not accessible

I previously publised an Excel Add In through my Partner Centre account. However now I can't find where to access the App details in the Partner Centre. When I look at Account Settings -> Your Permissions I can see I am Global Admin but the "Roles Applicable to Developer Programs" section is greyed out and not accessible. How can I get access to my published Add In? thanks
