Querying External table in SSMS

We have a CDATA and PolyBase configured in our sql 2019 server. Many of the external tables pull data from Mongodb and all are working fine. But there is one that is erroring out with the below message.

It seems like sort of buffer issue, maybe you are getting an internal buffer limitation within polybase.
