MS teams webinar - access issues

Question

I'm having a lot of issues trying to get Teams Webinar working for external parties. Issues 1 - You cannot have co-organisers outside your organisation 2 - QnA feature only works if you have a Microsoft account so that means not all attendees can participate. 3 - There is no "green room" or "break room" for presenters to be logged in a ready before the webinar starts 4 - You cannot moderate the regular chat function, so attendees only speak to presenters or organisers. Biggest issues that I need help with: 5 - The confirmation of attendance email comes from a randomly generated no reply email address which means many attendees arent getting the email as its lost in their spam folder. Can I set it up to be sent form the organiser email account? 6 - I can't find a way to resend a way to join the webinar to external guests once registered. Can you guide me how to send a link?

For your fifth issue, I think it may related to Exchange online knowledge, you could ask it bay adding Exchange online tag. For Teams view, there is no such settings could change this confirmation of attendance email address.

For your sixth issue, you could copy the link and send it to another user by following this picture:
