Hi All, I'm using SharePoint 2019 on Prem platform. I'm trying to archive the access request for each document library send to the specific owner of the document. Currently, the access request send was sent to the admin site owner hence IT admin need to grant every time via email. How do I make it individual documents library the email will be send to the document owner for approval? or any suggestion to make this work? what is the design for sharepoint? Appreciate if anyone can assist?

thank you for your reply. Yes, you are right. so, in design in order to have different document library owner for different access request approval. we need to create a different sub site. correct me if I'm wrong? In addition, with power automate application integrate with SharePoint not possible to archive that.

Yes. First, create some subsites with unique permissions. Then, put the document library with the same owner in a subsite. Finally, go to Site permission settings -> Access request settings -> Set who will receive all access requests on this site. In this way, document libraries will have different access request recipients according to different subsites.

Sorry for the late response. i have created a sub site for different site owner hence they will receive the email.

Another question

i had configured in the admin which are the file extension blocked but i want to know which the file type upload is fail as I have a lot of project document to upload so i can forward to the POC team that these are the document upload file.

I also having issue on the threshold document library. tried to index it but fail. is there any way to resolve this issue?

the default list of threhold is 5,000 but my document library exceeds the 5,000

We have lot of files to upload to multiple sites and occasionally I cannot upload some. It does not tell me why and the progress window cuts off the full file name so have no idea which one failed.

1. Is there an admin report that I can see ALL files that failed to upload to the sites?

2. How can I get more detail as to WHY it failed other than "sorry there was a problem uploading this file" and cuts off the name so I have no idea WHY it failed.
