Onedrive has reached storage limit

Anyone with any solution or reason why the following message "Onedrive has reached storage limit" is happening? I have analyzed the storage, and there is nothing in the recycle bin and the documents are few mb. I noticed that there is a "Preserved Suspended library", which is taking up a lot of space. From what I have seen, this library is created automatically, and it is not possible to delete it. Only in the settings you can set the limit of history versions from 500 to 100. Thanks

    The "Preserved Suspended library" seems to be related to a policy for retention.

    Is your OneDrive type OneDrive for Business?

    If so, it's best to contact administrator in your organization for a confirm and assistant.

    Because after enabled this policy, for OneDrive sites: the copies of deleted files are retained in the Preservation Hold library which is created automatically if one doesn't exist for the site.

    It's not supported to edit, delete, or move these automatically retained files yourself.

    And Preservation Hold library is included in the site's storage quota.
