Why does one drive web cancel my downloads?

I have been presented with an error approximately 1 week ago in which through onedrive web when trying to download any file it weighs at least 1Mb or more when starting the download it appears canceled or with a network error, it has been tried from different networks and continues the problem, when validating the same file from gold, the user can download it correctly, the onedrive address has been put in internet options, also as a test the firewall, antivirus was deactivated and the same problem continues. The user is joined to the active directory on-premise
