I create the storaga and enable the Hierarchical namespace. When I want to create an azure cdn for my storgae I cant find the azure cdn section on the secutiry+networking side bar. Is it related to the Hierarchical namespace enabling ? My ambition is to create a cdn to caching my video source with SAS.

This behavior seems to be expected because I think the Azure CDN does not currently support Hierarchical namespace-enabled storage accounts. Probably because Azure CDN is designed to cache and deliver static content, such as images, videos, and documents, from Azure Blob Storage. ADLS Gen2 is optimized for storing and processing large amounts of unstructured data, such as log files, audio, and video files, and is not designed for delivering static content over the internet.
I am reaching out to the internal teams to get confirmation on the same and will share here as I get an update. Thanks.

The CDN blade under a storage account is just an ARM template expression generator at the end of the day. Anything it does, a customer can do manually through one of our CDN services. My recommendation would be to go with something like Azure Front Door and create a route to an origin that points to the blob endpoint on the target storage account.
