How do I view the settings for apps in o365 Teams Admin?

Question

In Teams admin when I try to manage apps and access the settings tab for any app, there is a message that says:
"App settings There isn't any setting information that is available for this app."

Why is that?

Microsoft Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams application troubleshooting.

This seems normal. Based on my tests, many applications look like this. It may be that the app itself does not provide setting options for administrators to set.
