Create a custom keyword for your virtual assistant in Speech Studio fails to process

When creating a new model under 'Create a custom keyword for your virtual assistant', the model creation process never completes for the Basic Tier. It just stays at 'Processing' after an entire day. This is my first time running through this process, but, the documentation and wizard suggests that it would only take a few minutes.

Hi @Julian Mais , thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Custom keyword for your virtual assistant, Basic Tier is now back online. You should be able to create new basic models in under 30 mins.
