Hi,

I have a scenario, where a user receives a mail, from the mail, the user can click on Approve or reject buttons, which internally calls our web server. I'm trying to implement this feature in the "Microsoft office professional plus 2016" desktop app. But this is available in the latest versions only. But I have to solve this for the "Microsoft office professional plus 2016". Please provide me any information to implement this feature.

Thanks

Older version dont support this, period. Unless you work for Microsoft and can release an update for that specific version of Outlook, there's nothing you can do here :)

As I know, this feature is indeed not supported in Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 .

I also researched a lot about it and just found we could get many features in Outlook 2016 via Office connector, it's suggested to refer to this official article to check if it's helpful to you.

If it's invalid, due to there may only be any updates about product security instead of this feature in Outlook 2016, in order to get the better user experience, it's suggested to upgrade to Outlook 365 if it's possible.
