How do I receive e-mails from certain outside recipients.

I do not receive e-mails from the following addresses. communicatie@kncb.nl lotte.heerkens@kncb.nl convocaat@ajaxsc.nl I added the addresses to my contacts and I checked the spam folder. I do receive e-mails from other accounts from xxx@kncb.nl - when I send e.g. an e-mail to lotte.heerkens@kncb.nl and it is replied, I still do not receive the reply in my inbox. I did receive emails from convocaat@ajaxsc.nl until beginning of March 2023.

    First, can we please know if you're using personal or work/school account?

    If personal account, please check the following:

    • Inbox rules
    • Mailbox storage (if full)

    If work/school account, please work with your admin to do the following:

    • Message trace
    • Check transport rule (ETR)
    • Check inbox rule
    • Check tenant allow/block rule
