How do we enable notifications for outlook or on teams, when another colleague assigns me as the owner on viva goals?

My team recently started to use Viva goals for tracking OKRs. When my colleagues make me the owner of a KR or a deliverable or a task, I get notifications only on the viva goals app. I added the viva goals app to Microsoft Teams, and I do not get any notifications either on Teams or on Outlook when my colleagues assign a deliverable or a task to me. Can someone help me with what I should be doing to enable Teams or outlook notifications?

    As i know, Viva Goals In-app notifications can be accessed from the bell icon in the top right in Teams.
