Hello) It says, regarding the mstts:silence

"Valid values range from 0 to 5000 milliseconds. If you set a value greater than the supported maximum, the service will use 5000ms."

Is there any way to increase this limit? In many cases 10 sec of silence (5 sec at the end of voice + 5 sec at the start of the next voice) is not enough.

Hello @KV , Thanks for your patience.

PG team has confirmed that currently, the longest silence is 5000ms and do not support longer silence than this. In your case, we would suggest you edit the silence by yourself.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need more information.

    Regards,
    Vasavi
