Hello Sorry that you are experiencing issues, I have also made this mistake when enabling MFA on a tenant without following the guidance and ensuring I have a break glass accounts to get me in when I lose access. For future reference, the guidance can be found here. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/tutorial-enable-azure-mfa The first thing to consider, are there any other accounts, such as other administrators, that can log into the tenant and resolve the issue. If there are, I would suggest you log into the tenant and put the relevant exceptions in place then set up MFA in a staged approach. Otherwise you will need to contact support. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request. Raising a support ticket will require you to log in to the Azure portal, so just use another email address to do this. I hope your issues get resolved Alistair
