hi this vulnerability for snipping tool for windows 10/11 (CVE-2023-28303), is being reported, how do we apply this manually without installing from microsoft store? how can we get an offline installer to apply to our machines that are not connected to internet?

    This update is through the Microsoft Store and you couldn't get the offline installation. The only solution is to receive update from the Microsoft Store.
