Is there a web admin interface for Microsoft Identity (SSO & IAM )

Hi guys We are deploying a fresh solution from scratch and the company architect recommended (www.keycloak.org) as the Identity Access Manager, which all the devs dislike, as its written for Linux/Java and we are running Microsoft The silly argument is based on the fact it has a web based user interface. Which is free and open source, (unlike MS Active Directory) and would save time of building our from scratch However I recall when I first started working with Identity in 2003, Microsoft had a web interface which I cant seem to find. Any help or pointers where this is ? many thanks Ehi
