Does the office add in have document save events

I am a developer for Office Word VSTO. I would like to use Office Add In for development. I have a few questions to ask and see if the Office JS API has opened up relevant interface functions.

  1. Is there a document save trigger event in the office add in? I would like to take some actions after the document save is completed. Can the office add in read the binary files of the current Word operation, as I want to perform storage or upload synchronization operations.
  2. Does the office add in have the ability to copy and move local file directories.
  3. Can the office add in dynamically modify the display content of certain controls in CustomiTab.
