Hello Please I need your help on this issue. we are a partner at kpn and a customer of ours has problems with calling teams. Our customer cannot call a specific number and receives a message after 30 seconds that the call cannot be set up.
The call logs do state that the phone rang. Number A (Ruud) then also calls around 13:38, 13:41, 14:09 and 14:12 to number B without luck with the same message.

If the issue still persists, I think the message relates to completing a call. Since you say calling a number, then assuming that you have all the license and correct policies assigned. Need more info on this.
Are you trying to make a call to external PSTN Number? What type of PSTN Connectivity you have?
