I need to download KB4580346, but its expired

Hi, I have 2 Windows Server 2016 which are unable to install features upgrade (Error 0x80073701). In the cbs.log its visible that the KB4580346 is not correct installed: Failed to pin deployment while resolving Update: Package_7513_for_KB4580346~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.6.4580346-15028_neutral from file: (null) [HRESULT = 0x80073701 - ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING] I had other server with the same problem, but a different KB. With manual installing the KB this pin problem was solved. So I only need a download for KB4580346. Where can I get it, when it is removed from the update catalog?
