Microsoft Authenticator - login issue

Question

Hello, In the company where I am working company gives monthly Azure benefit for Azure portal. To use it I created new tenant under company's AAD. And now this benefit is active for me in that directory. I am the only one global admin in that directory. I set authentication to that directory only via Microsoft Authenticator app. But I changed my phone and from old phone all apps was deleted (including Authenticator app). Now when I am trying to login it requires to authenticate via Microsoft Authenticator app which I dont have anymore...Is there any way to reset Authentication for that Directory? Can someone support me on that?
